Note field on dashboard view

A simple note field is needed to document that inbound sales calls were entered and managed. Doesn’t need to tie into the customer file. Just lives on the dashboard.

- At a glance, managers at the Shorkey group are audited for ensuring phone ups were appointed, if a TO was done if no appt set, and if the phone up was entered at the time the manager listened and managed the call. 2. As frequent as the phone ups that come in. :) 3. Since we can filter by the call salesperson, we don't need any other filter options then that.
