No text task when Landline is detected
WIJIBIJAZZ 2k
If the system is designed to detect a landline, there should be a rule that blocks a text task from being scheduled

Thanks for raising this, WIJIBIJAZZ 2k — totally see why that would be frustrating in practice. To make sure we’re addressing it the right way, could you share a bit more about when you’re seeing a text task get scheduled even though the number is detected as a landline (e.g., right after lead creation, as part of an automated cadence, or when someone schedules it manually)? And when a landline is detected, what would you want to happen instead: block the text task outright, swap it to another task type (call/email), or prompt the user to choose? Lastly, should this apply to every landline-detected number, or only in cases where there isn’t a mobile number available for that contact?
