Don't want a short snooze , don't want dead, just a place to put my trouble makers that need very little contact.

Response to Shelby Parker: Features a LONG pause that keeps them active since they need help alot but are not buying for a few years. How often? My usual suspects are not long between helps a few months. Criteria : My notes and services and bdc notes usually from all the calls in needing help or complaint fixes. I hope that helps a little. Sincerely Cheryl Cooper / example Fraser Leonard is always calling screaming but still buys every 2 years. Everyone at the dealership knows his name.

Thank you for posting, Cheryl Cooper! I have a few more questions for you:
- What specific features or functionalities would you like in a place to manage these 'trouble makers'?
- How often do you anticipate needing to interact with these customers?
- What criteria do you use to identify customers that require very little contact?
