No reply to texts

Currently, if we do not reply to every text after 15 minutes, it is considered a fumble. However, there are times where the current conversation is concluded, but the customer will do something like an emoji or a "like". so we have to respond with something irrelevant to prevent a fumble. and then the customer will do it again, etc.
It would be nice if there is a button where you can press that indicates to the system that you have seen the message but no response is needed.
I know there is an "ignore conversation", but that can ruin receiving future needed communication. So a "no reply needed" button or something like that would be awesome
