When we enter in a nickname and use the "tag" for template emails, is there a tag for nickname or can there be one added?

Hey Jimmy Barber - this does exist today! You are able to use #DV_CustomerFirstNameOrNickname# which will pull the Nickname if it exists and if it does not it will use the Customer's first name. Please let us know if you have any additional questions on this!
