This enhancement was complete a few weeks ago, pardon the delay! In New Desking settings, a disclaimer can be customized for the Proposal

Hi Stuart Cheyette! We received this feedback from other users as well and our dev team is currently working on implementing this feature! You'll be able to add a custom "Disclosure" field to the bottom of the proposal, and input whatever text needs to be there.

It probably should read "Estimated payments" instead of "Estimated A.P.R" seeing as how leases are not predicated on APR
