Shelby Parker So, the way it used to be was a lead came in, you click on it and say it's a TrueCar lead- the lead details would be there and within it was a link you could click on to see the actual car(s) they got quotes for or want quotes for, a nice quick look at the necessary info. Now the link is there but it's not a link, I need to copy and paste it. So again, so far all the changes I'm noticing make working in the CRM take longer/more clicks.

Paul Garritano: Hey Paul - can you provide a specific example here so we can take a look. Removing this functionality was not intentional and may be on the lead provider and how they are sending the information.

Paul Garritano: I was able to click on View XML and pull up the details. Are you able to? Unfortunately, if the provider stopped sending certain information in the lead that would be outside of our control.

Drew AdlerSo, yeah that's an active link but to get there I need to now go away from conversation into Activity- so technically it's still there just not in coversation where it used to be and where I work for the most part. I really only use Activity to find old quote prints. I know some people use Activity most of the time but I use Conversation. I find it much clearer when looking at the conversation or lack thereof. Why take it away from one place and leave it in another?
