I would love to have the option added for the timer on overnight leads to start from the point when they are dispersed to the salesman the next morning.
Currently the timer starts when it enters the manager lead bucket. This is causing leads to show as fumbled when in reality, nothing can be done with the lead during off hours.

Hi Jacob, thanks for the feedback! When we report on Fumbled leads, it's only for leads that come into the CRM during business hours. After Hours leads should never be counted as fumbles. Which report are you seeing these fumbled after hours leads in?
