Need to have a "workflow" the automates assigning to sales people based on a search

want to assign sale people like 15 orphan a day to call vs printing a galley list. That way the dealership says engaged with drive and keeps all notes in 1 spot vs having rely on the staff to put notes in. This would also help in keeping the CRM sticky to the dealership and help prevent churn.

hey sorry just noticed this. the Work flow should be determined but what you search for in mining. I.E. you search for high apr customers and the slow feed the results to the staff. You can do this with any search I.E. cash buyers from more then a year ago.
And how should we distribute them to sales each day. Round Robin
the 15 a day is just an example.
what should the rep actually see in the CRM They should see the customers deal sheet so they can leave all the notes and so that the click to call with pick up on it and if it goes anywhere and we start a deal then it falls off we can just have AI pick up the ball for long term out reach

Thanks for sharing this, Matt Keefer — totally hear you on wanting a more automated daily “orphan” workflow so the team stays engaged and all the notes live in one place. A couple quick questions so we can make sure we’re designing the right thing: for the daily pull, how do you define the records that should qualify (e.g., no owner, no recent activity, specific source/status, etc.)? And how should we distribute them to sales each day (round-robin vs fixed list/teams, any rules like availability, and should it be capped at ~15 per rep per day)? Lastly, once they’re assigned, what should the rep actually see in the CRM—more like a task/call list with reminders—and where do you want the notes/outcomes captured so it’s consistent?
