Thanks for raising this, Heather Williams — totally hear the need to streamline that workflow if Informativ is now required. To make sure we’re scoping the right integration, could you clarify a couple things: what’s the primary goal when you “push” a customer from DriveCentric to Informativ (deal/credit app, ID/compliance verification, doc collection, etc.)? Should that push be something a user triggers manually, or should it happen automatically based on certain events/customers? And once they’re pushed over, what should happen on the Informativ side (create a new record vs. match/update an existing one), and should any scanned IDs/docs uploaded there be tied back to the same customer record in DriveCentric?
