Need a way for us to toggle/opt-out customers from further contact/AIM.

Now that AIM is spamming people from 10 years ago, we are getting an excessive number of "please remove me from" texts and email replies and there is nothing we can do other than delete their phone number and email to prevent AIM from messaging them since AIM has the ability to ignore opt-outs.
