There is an option for genius: Nationwide delivery, yes or no. If you pick yes, ai will tell customers we can deliver to whatever zip was entered. If you pick no, ai will tell customers we only do business in person. There should be a way to pick a mileage range for delivery options; or better yet, make it so the ai says nothing at all about delivery, but will tell the customer she will confirm with sales agent like it does with vehicle availability.

I would be happy with it kicking back to the assigned rep similar to how pricing is handled rather than having it be a hard yes we ship or we only do business in person.

We will on occasion deliver a vehicle about 100 miles maximum. We would like to add those parameters to Genius 'Can Deliver' option instead of Genius just saying that we can or cannot deliver nationwide

- Could you clarify if the 100 miles delivery limit is a fixed rule or if it varies based on certain conditions?
- Would you like the system to automatically calculate the delivery feasibility based on the customer's location or should this be manually inputted?
- Are there any specific details or conditions that should be communicated to the customer when the 'Can Deliver' option is selected within the specified parameters?

Shelby Parker: Hey Shelby! You guys are amazing with response time👍🏽
If it would be possible to sort of leave it open ended or to ask for specific location and let the customer know we will clarify if delivery is possible based upon the distance or the vehicle beimg purchased.
Basically what I’m trying to get across is we don’t want to miss a customer because of 15 or 30 miles.
But by the same token we are not going to drive 50 miles in a 1997 $500 X-Terra😂😂😂
