Integrate third party app Nagish to help those who are hearing impaired. It creates a transcript of phone calls so those who are hearing impaired or deaf can have better phone calls with customers

1.) The ability to send and answer phone calls through Nagish to be able to read what the customer says.
2.) The ability to be able to read what a customer says on the phone will help 10 fold those who have a hearing impairment. There will be no more confusion and miscommunication.
3.) For salespeople like myself who have a hearing impairment, it would allow us to be more effective on the phone setting appointments and talking with customers. I have to ask customers to repeatedly repeat themselves, and it makes telephone calls very difficult, especially when dealing with someone with an accent or one who mumbles.
