My profile does NOT have Download option

I need the ability to download delivery list as an excel. I can print a list as an option. I have other team members that have the ability to download; yet I do not have a download option under my profile. Attached a picture

Thanks for flagging this, Louis Wilkerson — sorry you’re running into that. If you can share the screenshot you mentioned (and any steps you took right before checking the delivery list), that’ll help us reproduce why the Download option is missing on your profile while other teammates can see it. I’m looping this into our review and we’ll follow up if we need any more details.
