Mute individual notifications

There is a client several states away that is enamored with our inventory but has no intention of purchasing a vehicle. On a daily basis, they are looking at the dealer website which alerts us to their activity. We want to silence his notifications without silencing ALL notifications.

This is really helpful context, and I’m sharing it with the team so we can look into options for muting notifications at an individual level (without turning everything off).
