I've noticed when making calls or doing certain actions that tasks will stay open even after I just completed said task. According to support, if there are multiple tasks open such as a phone call task, you have to complete each task individually.
Wouldn't it make sense if you make a phone call for it to clear out all phone call tasks?Why would you have to make a second phone call to clear out the second task. Why am I calling the customer a second time if I just spoke to them 5 seconds ago?
I know we can clear out tasks/complete tasks. But that shouldn't have to be done.
