Most calls made in drive centric wont connect to my cell

Most times that I place a call through my laptop on drive centric wont ring through my cell phone. I have had my I T department look at it on our end and cant find anything but most calls have to be made several times in order to get them to connect.

Shelby Parker I have a iPhone 16pro. There really is no specific time that the problem happens. Sometimes it worse than others. Today I was having to make 7-8 attempts before getting call to go through. Our laptops are not plugged into internet I believe it’s wireless connection
