More robust video search

As Internet Sales Manager, I upload vehicle walkaround videos of our inventory. Right now, the search bar matches keywords to the video name only. The search bar would benefit from pulling information from both video name AND video description.
For instance, my salespeople are frequently asked to send videos comparing similar vehicles. My video descriptions include manufacturer model codes. With an expanded search bar, my sales consultants would be able to type specific codes to quickly find and send videos from my uploaded library (such as different shade of red, or different trim levels of the same model)

Hiya Alexis Gutierrez-Malagon, thanks for this post! I have a few more questions for you:
- How often do you need to search for videos using the description compared to the name?
- Are there specific keywords or codes that are frequently used in video descriptions?
- Would you find it useful to have search filters for other metadata like upload date or video length?

- I need to search for videos by description over 50% of the time.
I plan to upload all equipment combinations by model. My new vehicle videos are titled "YEAR MAKE MODEL TRIM" for easy searching in the Video Library. For example, 2025 Camry would be at least 19 videos, divided by trim (4 LE, 5 SE, 5 XLE, 5 XSE). Right now, sales must scribe through videos to ensure that the requested equipment is shown.
- The specific keywords/codes I frequently use in video descriptions are manufacturer model/package/accessory codes.
Continuing the example above: If a customer request videos comparing 2025 Camry SE AWD with AND without the Multimedia Upgrade package, sales must "2025 Camry SE," then scribe through FOUR different videos to see if the vehicle has the package. If the search bar can pull video descriptions, sales would simply type: "2553 UP" to find the car WITH the package, then "2553" to choose one WITHOUT the package.
- I would find it useful ONLY if the metadata search is integrated into the Video Libary search bar. I would NOT find it useful to add a filter button next to the search bar. Video length is not important to me at all, since uploaded videos are capped at 2 minutes.
