I really like this addition it’s something that could be very useful for stores looking to increase staff engagement and buy-in with the CRM.
We often base bonuses on staff performance, which is straightforward when measuring delivered deals. However, tracking bonuses based on other activities has always been a challenge. This feature would make it much easier to measure and reward performance across a broader range of actions.
That said, I do see a few areas where this feature could be improved:
Flexible Challenge Duration: Allow challenges to be set for any number of days using a simple day selector rather than fixed timeframes. This would let us run quick weekend challenges or appointment pushes more easily.
Custom Team Selection: Enable the ability to select specific users by name to form custom teams for competitions. This would prevent us from having to restructure our main team layouts, which could impact lead flow.
Admin Overview: Add an admin dashboard or overview screen where we can click into a staff member’s profile and see exactly how they’ve earned their points.
Daily Login Points: Introduce a small points reward (e.g., 5 points) for users who log in each day to encourage consistent CRM usage.
