Mining Segment: Open Deals on Sold Inventory

I would like to be able to build a mining segment so that we can find all open deals that are not Sold/Delivered/Dead whose selected vehicle has been sold/delivered under another deal. This way we can offer these customers "switch" cars and have a bucket that tracks these deals.
