Mining - Customer Notes

I would like to be able to add a "Customer Note" section while mining so this information appears on the CSV that downloads. This note appears on the left side card, between Garage and InSite Activity. Notes from our previous system have been imported here and they are needed when mining data! It would be very helpful to be able to pull this information out.

Thanks for sharing this, Samantha Swaikoski — totally hear you on how important those imported Customer Notes are when you’re mining and exporting to CSV. This is really helpful context, and I’m looping it into our review with the team so we can assess the best way to support a Customer Note section in that left-side card (between Garage and InSite Activity) and include it in the download. If we need any extra details to make sure we’re solving it the right way, I’ll follow up.
