Minimize more windows and marking hot leads?

Be able to minimize more tabs in drive. If I am working a lot of leads that are close, I would like the ability to quickly jump to them instead of the 5 we are allowed right now. Also, is their a way to mark these leads that are close for quick access?

Thanks for sharing this, William Eason — totally hear you on how limiting that can feel when you’re juggling a bunch of near-close leads. Just so we can understand the exact friction and what would help most: when you mention the 5-item limit, what are the “tabs/windows” you’re trying to keep open in Drive (individual lead records, conversations, tasks, etc.), and what part of your workflow gets blocked by that cap? Roughly how many leads do you usually need to keep within one-click reach at a time? And on marking hot/close leads for quick access, where would you expect to find that list later (something you can open from anywhere vs. a saved/filtered view), and should those leads stay marked until you clear them or only for a set period?

Shelby Parker So here when you have the lead opened up. It only allows 5 to be minimized. And marking the leads, I was wondering if there is a way to tag them somehow in the list of leads.

Shelby Parker Just a way to to have my eyes go right to something I was working that is close. We get flooded and sometimes it is hard to keep track of what is important and what isnt
