I'd like to suggest a way for BDC members who are constantly on the phones dialing out to help maximize time and minimize making multiple clicks across the page from 3 clicks to 1. The start of the call task you have to click "call" then choose the number to dial out from, then 2nd click on the green button to call, (exclude the phone call phone from the actual phone) and then to end the call and log notes you have to click end. It's too much for just making a simple task. The call button from the actual activity box itself should always just highlight green to make a call right away to the phones and ability to write a note in that same box to not have to click multiple times to close it out properly.
