Minimize Customer Card - Notification of Message Response

The new feature of being able to minimize a costumer card and keep it at the bottom of the screen is great but what would make it better is if there was a little notification icon on or above the minimized costumer card when they respond

Hello Natalie Sample! I have a few more questions for you:
- Can you clarify what type of notifications you would like to see on the minimized customer card?
- Would you like the notification to disappear once viewed, or should it remain until the customer card is maximized?
- Are there any specific actions or responses from the customer that you would like to trigger a notification?

Shelby Parker I would like notifications if the costumer has responded via any communication. I believe it should remain until you open the costumer card and respond whatever way is needed. Text responses, Email responses, basically anything that needs my attention that came from the costumer. texts, emails, an inbound call that was missed. I think that is all.
