Meshing Zoom with Drivecentric mobile

I am an outside sales professional and rely heavily on my phone without a computer to complete my day. Our dealership uses zoom exclusively to communicate with customers and I am finding it increasingly difficult to use zoom with drivecentric as it does not bridge calls to zoom so I am having to manually put in numbers to call customers without being able to look at the leads contact information and needs which reduces my productivity. Is there a solution for this already, or something in the pipeline that will be coming in the future. I believe other account managers and I would greatly benefit from a resolution for this.

Thanks for sharing this, Aaron Turner — totally hear you on how much friction that creates when you’re working mobile-only and have to bounce between Zoom and Drivecentric. This context is really helpful. I’m looping this into our team’s review so we can look into what’s possible here, and if you can share a bit more about your current flow (e.g., iOS vs Android, and whether you’re launching Zoom from a lead record or dialing from the phone app), that’ll help us understand the best path forward.

Not a problem Shelby Parker. I currently work off of iOS, and I am currently having to transfer a leads number from Drivecentric to my zoom. There isn't a copy option for transferring the number to zoom which would be a minor inconvenience I don't mind working around. So, I currently have to transfer the number by memory or write it down to transfer it, but it takes me away from the leads detail screen which effects my accuracy on the lead's major details and questions. I do get the option to call from zoom or my personal line, but Drivecentric does not transfer to either through the mobile app.
