If a customer has more than one open deal on their record, we should have the ability to merge the information together into one deal (as long as they are the same deal) and not close one as dead, losing proposals and vehicle information. This divides the deals up and separates information. When sales managers and salespeople are working on deals from the internet department, there are so many times per day that a duplicate deal is opened. Unless I stumble across it and notice there are more than one active, open deal, these deals can get lost and negatively impact our records and percentages. If there is more than one open deal, that is just duplicated, on one customer record I would like the option to just merge the two together.
