A streamlined dashboard designed to identify, review, and merge duplicate customer profiles in Drive Centric. This tool would improve data accuracy, prevents double-contacting customers, and keeps CRM reporting clean and reliable. Also you should be able to sort by match percentage so you can clean up the easy with ease. Also sort by timeframe or sales agent.

For duplicate criteria, matches should be based on phone number, email, name, and address. A match percentage would help catch near-duplicates like slight name variations.
We’d likely use the dashboard weekly, especially after lead imports or high-volume periods/Sales.
When merging, the most recent notes, communication history, lead source, and all unique contact details should be prioritized.

I would love to see a box in mining for "potential duplicates" that way we can go through those instead of finding several individual leads that have "possible duplicates" on them, just knowing several and being able to move through them and merge the ones that need it, and ignore the ones that dont- even putting it in a mining bucket, somewhere we can easily access.

- I encounter potential duplicates on a daily basis, sometimes one, sometime 5-10/ day.
- The system notifies me in red lettering, that there are potential duplicates, small or big
- This would be something I do not all the time, but enough to get caught up little by little on a daily basis to not have any potential duplicates.

Shelby Parker IF ANY OF THE FOLLOWING FIELDS ARE DUPLICATED - NAME, ADDRESS, PHONE, CELL, EMAIL ADDRESS.....IF I HAD A LIST THEN AN EMPLOYEE CAN EASILY MERGE IF NEEDED.

It would be nice to have a column that showed possible duplicates when filtering leads, pipeline, etc. At this time, you have to click on each one separately. Seeing a customer has duplicates in a column would be a nice tool to have.
