Mentions Tab with Custom Date Range Filter

Request the addition of a tab that allows users to view mentions across a broader date range, with a filter option that lets us adjust and select a custom date range as needed.
The customizable date range filter would improve visibility and organization, make it easier to track activity and follow up on conversations over time, support reporting and reviews for specific periods, and ultimately save time by allowing users to quickly locate relevant mentions.

Thanks for sharing this, Lorena Moreno — totally hear you on how a broader/custom date range would make it easier to track and report on mentions over time. To make sure we’re scoping the right thing, could you clarify a couple details: (1) which “mentions” you mean (e.g., internal note @mentions vs mentions in customer messages vs social/review mentions), and where you’re viewing them today? (2) what’s the primary use case for the custom range (following up on older conversations, manager review, reporting, etc.), and who on your team would rely on it most? And (3) for a selected date range, should the tab include only mentions created within that window, or also mentions tied to threads/conversations/leads that had activity during that period?

Hi Shelby,
The mentions I’m referring to are the internal note @mentions within the CRM that we use to communicate with team members on specific leads. Currently we’re viewing them within the mention's tab/activity area. The main reason for requesting a custom date range is for manager review and reporting, as well as following up on older conversations that may still need attention. This would mainly be used by management and BDC/admin team members who monitor communication and task follow-ups.
Ideally, the selected date range would show mentions that were created within that time frame, so we can accurately review activity and team communication during that specific period.
Please let me know if you need any additional information from my side, and thanks again for considering this enhancement.
