Add the ability to set a maximum number of internet leads a salesperson can be assigned in a month.

We have a shark tank system, and the goal is limit some of the staff according to their ability. Once a person hits their number hopefully, they would no longer qualify to grab another lead unless a manager extends the goal. It would also be helpful because it would give management an opportunity to see closing percentages once they hit the goal too.

Thanks for raising this, Nick Botusan — I can definitely see how a monthly cap could help keep lead distribution more balanced. To make sure we’re designing it the right way, can you share a bit more: what’s the main goal behind the limit (workload balancing, fairness, performance management, etc.)? Once someone hits the monthly max, what should happen to new internet leads after that — reroute to other reps, leave them unassigned/queued, or something else? And should the cap be a single global number, or something you’d want to configure by salesperson/team/location?
