Mass Unsubscribe From Email

As you know many dealers use other services for mass email campaigns. Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc etc etc. Currently if a customer unsubscribes via one of those tools, they would have to automatically be unsubscribed within the CRM. A mass unsubscribe capability within Drive would greatly assist in ensuring those are updated appropriately. The dealer should easily be able to provide a CSV or XLSX with appropriate emails for Drive to mass unsubscribe.

This is a feature that is way overdue. Please work on this

Agree 100%, a mass unsubscribe option should be available to dealers for emails and texts on this platform, especially since there is no option from support from the Drive Centric team when it comes to mass unsubscribe requests. This would be a huge value add for dealers utilizing drive centric.

This should also apply to texting. DC can supply us with the column headings that they need and we can supply you with a csv from our vendor (mailchimp for example). SMS rule regarding the TCPA very strict and costly. This would be a value added benefit to your dealer clients.

Hiya Nick Degnan, thanks for this post! I have a few more questions for you:
- What specific information (fields) would you expect to be included in the CSV or XLSX file for the mass unsubscribe feature?
- How frequently do you anticipate needing to use this mass unsubscribe feature?
- Would you like to have a confirmation or report after the mass unsubscribe process is completed?

Shelby Parker - for us, I would think we would include name, and email address would be included. We would send a file maybe weekly and yes, a report with any email addresses that weren't able to be unsubscribed
