Marking Vehicles Unavailable for Sale

We sometimes dealer trade, wholesale or have to remove vehicles from the market. Right now if the deal is attached to a car and the vehicle is unavaialble for any of these reasons it just looks available. It wastes a ton of time for sales to go through the process of figuring this out. It would be great if there was a way to mark in the inventory that this unit was removed from the market for these reasons outside of marking them sold.

This would be a huge help for management to be able to mark a vehicle as unavailable/sold without having to be tied to a deal. Now that we have Genius active, it's frequently recommending vehicles that are no longer here. Ideally drivecentric could use the same inventory feed to realize a vehicle is no longer on the list and flag it as a possible sale.

Thanks for posting this, Alexis Johnson — totally hear you on how much time this can waste for the sales team when a unit looks available but isn’t actually on the market. This is really helpful context, and I’m sharing it with the team so we can review options for marking vehicles as unavailable (dealer trade/wholesale/removed from market) without having to mark them sold. If we need any additional details on your workflow, I’ll follow up.
