Mark customer as show feature - more than 48 hours

Please make it so that we can mark an appointment as a show for more than 48 hours after the appointment. Reps may not find a customer showed for a week or more. Can we extended it to maybe a week or two or maybe the beginning of the month.

- How frequently do you anticipate needing to mark appointments as a show after the current 48-hour limit?
- Would extending the marking period to a week or two meet your needs, or is there a specific timeframe that would be ideal?

Shelby Parker Thank you for the follow up.
1 - As of now just this month I have about 15 customers that were not marked as a check in but the customer did come in. Often my reps will reach out for no shows for weeks and they will not get in contact until maybe the third or 4th day after their original appointment.
2 - Multiple times a month. Probably 15-20 times.
3 - Ideal would be 2 weeks.
