So, whenever we get a notification of any kind at the top left, we can look at the notification and then "mark as read" them. Can we have a feature of when a customer texts us we can "mark as read" them? It gets annoying to have to reply back to an emoji reaction they send, or something that ends the conversation. We can't "mark as read" the texts notifications. Can ya'll add that feature? It will be so useful.

LaDez Captain Thank you for voting on this feature request! This is already possible! If you click into the bell icon in the top left corner, you will see the ability to click Mark all as read! This will remove the indicator on that notification that it's unread! Thank you again for the feature request!
