manager view and list of reps clocked in/out

desktop indicator of who is clocked in. Going to the user list (and seeing a small green vs red dot) next to their name is not easily seen. And especially difficult if you are color blind and can't pick out the green. There should be an easy way for a manager to see a list of users clocked in and be able to clock in or out a user (there is a toggle for this but it's an inactive feature?)
