Manager Role on Deal

There should be an role option for "Manager" on a customer and deal - along with Sales, BDC, and Closer.
When managers open a deal on an existing customer, they should not be automatically added as the Salesperson, and the system should either keep the prior salesperson, or give an option to select the salesperson.

Our managers don’t operate as salespeople. Our salespeople work the deal with the customer and the manager works with the customer and the salesperson to sell the car. The “system” should never change the salesperson on a deal unless the manager initiates it. I like the 15 minute time limit on incoming leads if the salesperson doesn’t grab it, it’s up for grabs. But that is the only time that should occur. When a salesperson engages the customer it’s their customer to the end. Management should be the mechanism to change that.
