In some cases, duplicated leads are received that do not require follow-up because there has already been sufficient contact. Currently, there is no way to dismiss the lead without making a point of contact. The only way to dismiss the lead is by entering a call note; however, our store is set up so that you must make a call to be able to enter it for quality control purposes. A manager override to dismiss the lead would be great, or to give the manager level the ability to enter a call note without a call while keeping the requirement for non-manager staff.
