Make it so you can pick one number as the main so when someone adds a work number it does not show up as a duplicate card.

Thanks for flagging this, Tiffany Zimmerman — totally hear you on how messy it feels when adding a work number creates what looks like a duplicate card. Just to make sure we’re understanding it correctly: where exactly are you seeing that “duplicate card” show up (customer profile vs search results vs a list view, etc.)? And when you say you want to choose one number as the main, should the other numbers still live on the same customer record (just without generating a separate card)? Lastly, if the current main number gets removed or updated, would you expect another existing number to automatically become the main one, or should that always be a manual choice?

Shelby Parker Sorry I worded that wrong, it shows up as a possible duplicate card. So when we type in a work number that 15 people have on their accounts we have to find the one that we need. It would make it easier if only one number would be on the card as the main number for searching. Then when we have an company call we will not get all the employees that have that number on their card.
