Can we add a column to all of our Engaged / Visit / Proposal Customers with COMMENTS? So when I look back at someone from 3 weeks ago I have some idea of what they were/are looking for...

- What specific information would you like to include in the COMMENTS column?
- How frequently do you anticipate updating the COMMENTS for each customer?
- Would you like the COMMENTS to be visible to all users or restricted to certain roles?
