Intertwined with the three separate lists I have to go through to follow up with all of my unsold customers are also my ALREADY SOLD customers. Why can't these be removed from the Engaged / Visit / Proposal carousel OR Highlighted in a different color to easily decipher them??????????

JOSEPH DOLIN, thank you for writing in. Can you tell me where you are in the system when you are looking at these lists? If you are in the Sales Pipeline view then you should only being seeing the customers in the list view stage you chose. (i.e. Engaged customers in the Engaged stage, Visit customers in the Visit stage)

- How often do you encounter the issue of sold customers appearing in the follow-up lists?
- Would it be helpful to have a filter option to exclude sold customers from these lists?
- Are there specific criteria you use to identify sold customers that could help in automatically categorizing them?
