Ordering or marking for sold with deposit is now a core part of our business. We would like to limit both who can mark a vehicle sold, but also what types of marked sold by user, this would restrict some users from marking the incorrect sold type. An additional type, perhaps "Deposit" would be helpful. I have seen a notes field request here too, which would allow us to quote the deposit transaction number from DMS.
