Losing to the competition by having to opt-in instead of allowing them to opt-out on first text
Eric Doyle
Our competition tells their prospects on first text that they have the ability to opt OUT but they do not ask their permission to opt IN like DriveCentric. Can we please catch up with them? We are losing the ability to make a connection and then salesman are likely just texting from personal cell phones to get around someone that won't opt in. The good thing is we can maybe still sell them a car but the bad thing is leadership can't see the communication.

Thanks for raising this, Eric Doyle — totally hear you on how the opt-in requirement can create real friction and put you at a disadvantage, especially if it’s pushing reps to text from personal phones and taking visibility away from leadership. This is really helpful context; I’m sharing it with the team for review, and we’ll follow up if we need any additional details from your side.
