Logging inbound calls

We need a way to log inbound calls without having to fake a outbound CTI call then canceling it. Just to have the log call box to pop up so we can mark it as an inbound call.

This is a daily occurrence and there needs to be a quick way to do it. If we just added an "inbound button" to the call activity and that opened a note field for us to enter notes and then log that inbound call it would be great. Please see the image attached. we could add it to the pink area.

- How frequently do you receive inbound calls that need to be logged?
- Are there any specific integrations or systems that the call logging feature should work with?

Shelby Parker there isnt specific info that we need to capture. Half of our job is phone calls inbound as well as outbound. we need a simple button to log that a customer called in to us. its fairly easy to make an outbound call but if a customer calls into us we have to use a workaround to log an actual inbound call and not just put a note saying they called.
