Make the call log feature user specific permission based versus the whole store.
Is it possible to turn on my ability to log my calls for the incoming calls and not for everyone else? Is it at all possible to make that feature available? The reason that I am asking is because being in BDC we used to be able to log the phone ups to get credit for those calls as well and now we can't because of the feature being turned off per the dealerships request because of someone else's dishonesty with their work and I don't think that it's fair for us in BDC to have to suffer for the mistakes of others.
