Just wanted to add a suggestion. A side chat with bdc and management on every deal would help communication and customer satisfaction and accuracy. You have the notes, so there got to be a way for a live chat.

To make sure we’re scoping the right thing, could you clarify a couple points: who should be included in the chat (BDC, sales rep, desk/management, finance, etc.), and should that be the same set of people on every deal or something you can configure per deal? Also, what are the main moments you’re trying to improve with this (quick approvals, smoother handoffs, coordinating customer follow-ups, avoiding missed steps), and what would “success” look like for your team? Lastly, would you want chat available across the full deal lifecycle, or only during certain stages (lead/appointment/in-store/sold/delivery)?
