To make sure we’re looking at the right spot and designing the right thing, can you share: which template you mean (and where you’re accessing it in DriveCentric), what you consider a “reply” in your workflow (email vs SMS/text vs chat/message, etc.), and what you’d want to do with that customer list (view it in-app, export it, or use it for follow-up actions)?
