When I claim customers I should be able to see a list of them whether they have a deal or not. EVERY OTHER CRM HAS THIS!! An example of when this is useful. It's the end of the month and I need to sell a couple more cars to hit my number. I pull up a list of customers that I've accumulated and not sold, service customers, friends, family, prospects I've cold called that aren't orphans of the dealership. Then I can go through that list and call them and see if I can make them a new dealership customer.
The issue with the way we have to do it now is that I have to either put them in a separate spreadsheet which is what I'm doing now. OR I have to create a deal for all of them and keep snoozing it which management will not appreciate.
This is such a simple feature and it is HIGHLY utilized at dealerships. It's basically a list of contacts. I shouldn't have to remember the names of every single person. I have 357 people on my spreadsheet.
