Shelby Parker, Hi multiple contacts of the same client cause's confusion for the clients and the BDC contacting the clients before and after sales associate have made contact making appointments at random. Once a sales associate has made contact with the prospect no other sales associate should be able to contact that client. The BDC and original sales associate should only have access to that prospect .
