When a Manager ignores a response from a customer to a Salesperson it eliminates the notification to the Salesperson on the desktop. If I don't notice it on my phone I have no idea the customer engaged. Leave the notification for the salesperson on the desktop even if it gets ignored by a Manager. I'm missing replies from customers or finding them too late because the Sales Mgr ignores it.
