It would be great if the desking worksheet could be modified to list the rebates individually instead of bundling them into the discount -- rebates are not a discount and it looks to the customer like there are no rebates and just a big discount. Additionally, the area in the four square that lists "out of pocket" should truly be ONLY the actual out of pocket and not bundle anything else in.

Hi @Jamey, thanks for the feedback! Which proposal are you using in Legacy Desking?

Great to hear your perspective, Jamey Hebb! I have a few more questions for you:
- Can you provide examples of how the current bundling of rebates into discounts has caused confusion for customers?
- What specific information would you like to see in the 'out of pocket' section to ensure clarity for the customer?
- Are there any other areas in the desking worksheet where you feel clarity could be improved for the customer?

Shelby Parker Customers want transparency and details. A "discount" should be the amount of money the vehicle is being discounted off of MSRP by the selling dealer. "Out of Pocket" should indicate exactly what it says - a customer's responsibility for a defined amount of money they need to come up with at the time of purchase. Clients get frustrated, and understandably so, when common sense English terms do not mean what they should in a financial transaction. The focus of any worksheet or proposal should always be to make it easy to understand for EVERYONE.
