I have noticed that when we set lease ending auto emails to be sent, they system is not picking the lease ending vehicle, but the most recent added vehicle. Not always the case, but the auto email sent to a customer can become confusing to the customer if they purchase more than one vehicle. The garage vehicle tokens should be able to pick up the lease ending vehicle and not just the last vehicle added to the customer garage.

Shelby Parker hI! YES, CHECK OUT my profile in drive under Alison Boutillette. I have 3 leased vehicles, and a pre owned car. My lease is ending this year on the Envision and the auto email went out last week and put the corvette (which is my preowned car) in the email.
looks like it happens when the customer purchases a vehicle after the leased card, as I gave support 2 other examples as well.
